My Story
In 2018, I made the decision to confront my childhood trauma. As I started healing and unpacking my wounds, I realized how much of my life had been driven by my subconscious, reacting, repeating patterns, and making choices I didn’t fully understand. That process is what led me back to myself spiritually. I had to learn how to become my body’s best friend, how to listen instead of living on autopilot. That’s when I began studying intuition, energy, and chakras, and bought my first tarot deck. I also earned a spiritual life coaching certificate and became Reiki certified, deepening my understanding of energy and how it guides us.
Looking back, I realize I was always intuitive. I used to say things like, “I don’t know, I just knew,” or “I felt it.” I now understand that was my intuition, my connection to my higher self and spirit team, speaking all along. I later incorporated oracle cards into my practice, and in 2018 I began reading for others and working events. After stepping away for a few years and honouring divine timing and my own evolution, I’ve returned in a more aligned space. I now help people understand their energy and learn how to use it as a guide to create the life they truly desire, the same way I did.
I love the life I’ve created. It’s intentional, conscious, and divinely guided.
