By booking a reading with Decode Your Energy, you agree to the following:

1. No Refund Policy
All readings are non-refundable. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, all sales are final.

2. Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided. If you anticipate being late, please communicate as soon as possible.

3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that life happens, and I will do my best to accommodate one reschedule with advance notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting your session.
